Going to Hannover was a challenge: my initial train was canceled, the other train had an hour-long delay, and the tram was canceled entirely. Everyone at the store is nice. Going to the hotel was not fun because I stepped into a puddle and got my shoes and socks soaked. That was really uncomfortable. Mentally, this city doesn’t do me good; I struggled this afternoon and evening. I’d rather be working in Magdeburg right now, in my apartment. All the glyphs and drawings there make it feel safe and homey. Also, I want some home-cooked food like pasta, broccoli cheese bake, or arepas or empanadas……
